Description:
We are a high-volume plaintiff's personal injury law firm seeking a full-time plaintiff's personal injury attorney.The ideal candidate should have between 2-5 years of personal injury experience (plaintiff or defense) and must be admitted to practice law in Georgia.
The attorney will:
- Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work
- Communicate directly with clients
- Guide clients through the case process
- Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
- Manage the release approval process
- Manage a team comprised of Paralegals and Case Managers
- Draft pleadings
- Take and defend depositions
- Participate in mediations
- Litigate cases in Magistrate and State Courts
The requirements for this role are:
- An active member in good standing with the Georgia State Bar Association
- 2+ years of personal injury experience
- Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit personal injury cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
