Job Description:
A National Law Firm is seeking a transactional/ electrical, computer science or graduate-level bioscience attorney for the Intellectual Property Group in the Firm's Business Section. While the position can be based in any of the Firm's offices, the candidate is highly preferred to work in one of our major markets, specifically in Texas, Tennessee, Tampa, Raleigh, or Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in preparation and prosecution patent practice, be capable of working independently, and have a strongly preferred portable business of $500k or more.
