Description:
We are seeking a corporate associate with 3 – 7 years of experience in both capital markets transactions and public company reporting/governance. Candidates should be able to handle the full range of public company work — SEC and stock exchange compliance, governance, day-to-day counseling — as well as represent issuers or investment banks in IPOs, follow-on offerings, PIPEs, and ATM programs.Wilson Sonsini has over 300 public company clients; this person will step into an active and sophisticated client base.
Preferred locations are San Francisco, Palo Alto, or Austin.
The compensation range and benefits for this role are described below.
- $260,000 - $420,000 salary, based on year classification.
- Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
