Job Description:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Preparing and drafting legal documents for filing and correspondence
  • Drafting pleadings, motions, judgments, and orders
  • Communicating with attorneys, court personnel, and clients
  • Interviewing and preparing witnesses for court
  • Ensuring accuracy and quality of all work product
  • Appearing in court on assigned cases
  • Managing cases from start to finish
  • Performing administrative tasks such as organizing files and pleadings
  • Conducting legal research on relevant issues

Qualifications:
Our Ideal Candidate will possess the following:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Texas (required)
  • Family law experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong litigation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Senior Associate positions available for attorneys with five (5) or more years of litigation experience
