Job Description:
Duties include, but are not limited to:

Preparing and drafting legal documents for filing and correspondence
Drafting pleadings, motions, judgments, and orders
Communicating with attorneys, court personnel, and clients
Interviewing and preparing witnesses for court
Ensuring accuracy and quality of all work product
Appearing in court on assigned cases
Managing cases from start to finish
Performing administrative tasks such as organizing files and pleadings
Conducting legal research on relevant issues

Qualifications:
Our Ideal Candidate will possess the following:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Texas (required)
Family law experience preferred, but not required
Strong litigation, communication, and organizational skills
Senior Associate positions available for attorneys with five (5) or more years of litigation experience
