A Proven Intellectual Property Law Firm seeks a lateral trademark attorney for our main office in Portland, Oregon. Candidates should have 6+ years of experience with trademark availability counseling, prosecution, pre-litigation trademark disputes, and inter partes proceedings. The position requires skills in consulting clients in relation to the use, protection, and enforcement of trademarks, coordinating global trademark portfolios, resolving trademark-related and domain name disputes, and drafting IP license agreements. Candidates should be well versed in both domestic and international trademark practice.
