A National Law Firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Corporate practice group in any of our offices. We are seeking candidates with 4 - 7 years of experience with complex finance transactions. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in sponsor-backed leveraged finance as well as experience representing borrowers, lenders and/or agents in a broad range of finance transactions. Involvement as a key member of deal teams, including responsibility for running fundamental aspects of transactions, from due diligence through closing, is preferred.This is an opportunity to represent clients in a national finance practice and participate immediately in sophisticated matters. Our deal teams are structured to allow associates to assume more responsibility and receive a high level of partner and client contact.
