Fisher Phillips' Denver office is expanding, and we have an opportunity for an attorney with 3-6 years of litigation experience, with substantial experience litigating restrictive covenant and trade secret matters, to work with ourpremier Employee Defection and Trade Secrets practice group. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience litigating restrictive covenant andtrade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief, motions forexpedited discovery, taking and defending depositions, and written discovery experience (including substantial exposure to computer forensics ande-discovery issues). Candidates must have excellent academic credentials,strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects ina fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to join an industry andteam with a robust client roster. A portable book of business is notrequired. Must be admitted in Colorado or capable of being admitted.

Theyearly salary range for this position is $180,000 - $220,000. Actual basepay within this range will be determined by several components, including butnot limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications,and other job-related factors permitted by law.
