Our clients vary in size from small, closely-held businesses to Fortune 500 corporations. We represent clients in the data, technology, advertising and health care areas.The ideal candidate for this role must possess 4+ years of general corporate experience with respect to M&A transactions representing strategics and private equity and also representing the sell side, venture transactions and providing general advice with respect to corporate governance. Experience with data and technology companies is a plus. Also a plus is experience representing vendors in connection with SaaS agreements and representing data providers.
