An American Law Firm's Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department is
seeking an Associate with 3 - 6 years of commercial bankruptcy,
corporate restructuring and Chapter 11 experience for our Roseland, NJ
or New York City office. This position offers an opportunity for great
work experience representing creditors' committees, debtors,
institutional creditors, and a diverse assortment of other matters, as
well as direct client contact. Excellent academic credentials are
