Orrick's Structured Finance team is seeking a hardworking associate for our New York office with 3-5 years of structured and specialty finance experience with particular a focus on warehouse lines, forward flow transactions and other origination funding programs to support lender and platform growth. We are looking for a dedicated team player who thrives in managing multiple deals within a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a collegial group.
Orrick's U.S. Structured Finance group advises on the industry's most innovative transactions and significant regulatory reform measures. Our team is a structured finance powerhouse, adept at taking bespoke approaches to financings across a broad range of asset classes.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience. Candidates must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials along with superior communication skills. Membership to the New York State Bar is required.
