Description:

The Asset Management Department is looking for mid-level to senior associates with three to eight years of private fund experience with a focus on private equity funds, credit funds and/or hedge funds. Responsibilities will include representing a number of leading investment management firms in connection with fund formations, as well as investors and distributors of such private funds, and providing a full range of legal services to such clients.
