Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of personal injury cases from intake through trial or resolution
- Skillfully conduct and defend depositions (including expert witnesses) as part of a targeted litigation strategy
- Represent clients in court, confidently handling hearings, motions, and trials
- Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, and discovery documents in alignment with case strategy
- Conduct thorough legal research to support arguments and filings
- Communicate with clients, counsel, experts, and the court in a clear and professional manner
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice in Arizona
- 6-10 years of proven litigation experience in Arizona personal injury law, including trial work
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage and litigate PI cases through verdict
- Strong deposition, trial preparation, and courtroom skills
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working in a startup office environment with minimal oversight
- Strong client-relations skills and a results-driven approach
Compensation: $150,000.00-$180,000.00 annually + commission and bonuses
