We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Associate Attorney with 5 to 8 years of legal practice to join our team. Duties:
- Ability to manage real estate closings.
- Review title commitments and surveys.
- Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sales agreements, leases, joint development agreements, and construction escrow agreements.
- Ability to draft covenants, conditions, restrictions, and easements for residential and commercial projects.
- Distill and analyze information and communicate effectively with other attorneys and clients.
- Detail-oriented but also able to determine material issues and propose solutions.
- Can effectively work as part of a team (both as part of the client's team and with other attorneys) on multiple complicated matters simultaneously.
Experience:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in Arizona.
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience practicing law with a focus on real estate and commercial transactions in private practice.
- Experience managing multiple cases simultaneously within a fast-paced law office environment while maintaining attention to detail.
