Purpose Statement/Position Summary:
The Legal Counsel, Senior, serves within the Office of the General Counsel of A Pediatric Hospital and provides legal support to all levels and groups in order to advance CHLA's mission minimize organizational liability, and ensure compliance with laws and guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:
Education/Licensure/Certification:
Required: Juris Doctorate degree. Excellent academic credentials. License required: admitted to a State Bar

Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:
- Required: 8+ years of legal experience in nationally recognized law firm or experience as an in-house counsel.
- Preferred: Experience assisting with litigation in a law firm, government, and/or in-house setting, ideally within the healthcare industry, is preferred.
