We are a growing Family Law Firm, and we are seeking a seasoned Family Law Attorney to join our team. We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience managing and litigating family law cases. Someone who is knowledgeable and passionate about helping clients during a time they are facing one of the most challenging times in their lives.Responsibilities:
- Manage a full case load
- attend depositions
- prepare for trial and attend court appearances
- attend mediations
- draft pleadings and correspondences
- draft motions
- draft legal briefs and memoranda
- communicate directly with clients
- collaborate with paralegals and other team members
Qualifications:
- licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland
- be in good standing with the Maryland Supreme Court
- 5 years or more of experience handling family law cases
Compensation: $150,000
