McMillan Metro Faerber, P.C., an AV-rated law firm has an exciting opportunity for an attorney with 5-10 years of experience concentrating in employment, business and corporate law. Candidate must be admitted to practice in Maryland with admission in D.C. and Virginia preferred, have excellent writing and analytical skills, and be able to demonstrate the same. The nature of the work includes business transactions and employment law; shareholders' and operating agreements; non-compete and executive compensation agreements; and business dispute resolution. Annual base salary range dependent upon experience: $85,000-$120,000 plus Incentive Bonus Plan.
