Now, we're looking for an ambitious litigator ready to take ownership of a PI practice and grow into high-value, media-covered cases involving catastrophic injury, product liability, and corporate misconduct.
What You'll Do:
- Lead discovery, depositions, and expert development.
- Argue motions and hearings in court.
- Strategize with senior litigators on multimillion-dollar cases.
- Participate in trial teams — and prepare to first-chair within 1–2 years.
- Manage your own PI docket with autonomy and firm support.

Qualifications:
Who You Are:
- Licensed in MD, DC, VA, MA, or NC.
- 3–7 years of litigation experience, ideally in personal injury or complex civil work.
- Proven skill in depositions, motion practice, and expert coordination.
- Hungry for trial work, financial growth, and independence.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential — you want to run your own docket, not just bill hours.
