The Los Angeles office of Fisher Phillips seeks a Senior Associate or Of Counsel with at least six years of employment litigation experience and demonstrated experience independently managing litigation matters to join our team supporting a dedicated multinational mass media and entertainment client.The ideal candidate will have substantial experience independently managing employment litigation matters through all phases of litigation, including developing case strategy, managing deadlines, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving matters toward resolution.
Qualified candidates should have significant experience handling employment litigation matters, including:
- Drafting and responding to pleadings
- Managing discovery
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Taking and defending depositions
- Participating in mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Admission to the California Bar and a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school are required.

The yearly salary range for this position is $260,000+. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
