The Opportunity:
We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Corporate Associate or Corporate Counsel with strong M&A experience to join our New York office. This role offers the chance to work on sophisticated, high‑value transactions—including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital/start‑up matters, growth equity and minority investments, and other strategic transactions—within a Legal 500–ranked, nationally recognized M&A practice. You will work in a highly collaborative environment with a clear, well‑supported, and realistic path to partnership.

The Day-To-Day:
In this position, you will lead major components of complex M&A and corporate transactions, manage certain deals independently, and work closely with colleagues across the firm and directly with clients. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating key transaction agreements, directing and reviewing diligence, and supervising and mentoring junior associates as part of a busy and fast‑growing practice that invests heavily in associate success.

You Have:
  • 5+ years of meaningful M&A and general corporate transactional experienc
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and client‑management abilities
  • Top law firm experience preferred
  • Admission to the New York Bar is required

The Salary Range for This Role Is $350,000 to $360,000. This Is the Lowest to Highest Salary We in Good Faith Believe We Would Pay for This Role at The Time of This Posting. an Employee's Pay Within the Salary Range Will Be Based on Numerous Factors Including, but Not Limited To, Relevant Education, Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Business or Organizational Needs. This Job Is Also Eligible for An Annual Merit Increase and Bonus Pay.
