An American Irish-Domiciled Multinational Power Management Company's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Senior Attorney, Supply Chain.The expected annual salary range for this role is $123750.0 - $181500.0 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

- An American Irish-Domiciled Multinational Power Management Company is seeking an experienced Senior Attorney, Supply Chain supporting An American Irish-Domiciled Multinational Power Management Company's global procurement organization. This position is ideal for a candidate with a collaborative mindset and the skills to lead a wide range of supplier contract negotiations while engaging with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and global trade. This role will report to the Director and Senior Counsel, Global Supply Chain. This position can be based out of our Arden NC, Beachwood OH, Davenport IA, Moon Township PA, Raleigh NC or Waukesha WI locations with hybrid work available.

What Will You Do?
- In this role, you will play a critical part in protecting the organization's supply chain by proactively managing legal and regulatory risks and promoting ethical, compliant business practices. As the Senior Attorney, Supply Chain, you will lead the negotiation and execution of supplier contracts across all spend categories—including direct, indirect, IT, and logistics—ensuring favorable terms while minimizing risk. You will work closely with the global procurement team to identify potential legal challenges and craft contractual strategies that safeguard the company from supply disruptions. Your approach to contract negotiations will be both strategic and creative, reflecting the dynamic and competitive nature of the markets in which An American Irish-Domiciled Multinational Power Management Company operates. Additionally, your experience in dispute resolution will provide valuable insight into the long-term implications of contractual decisions.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) required and a license to practice in one of 50 U.S. States.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a licensed attorney with 7 years negotiating supplier contracts.
- No relocation being offered for this position candidates must be located within a 50 mile radius of Arden NC, Beachwood OH, Davenport IA, Moon Township PA, Raleigh NC or Waukesha WI to be considered.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
