Description:
We are seeking an accomplished Family Law Attorney with at least 5 years of dedicated experience in family law and an established book of business. This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional to join a collaborative team committed to legal excellence and client advocacy.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters including divorce, child custody, support, property division, and domestic violence cases.
- Manage a 30-40 client caseload independently with paralegal support. However, strategy and support will be readily available from other attorneys in the firm for complicated cases.
- Provide strategic legal counsel and representation to clients throughout all phases of litigation and dispute resolution.
- Develop case strategies, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, and represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Engage in negotiations and settlement discussions to achieve favorable outcomes while prioritizing clients' best interests.
- Maintain and build upon an existing book of business by fostering client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm growth initiatives and best practices.
- Stay abreast of changes in family law statutes and legal precedents at the local and state level.
Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the Colorado Bar.
- 5+ years of substantive Colorado family law experience, including litigation.
- Demonstrated success in managing a book of business and growing client relationships.
- Exceptional research, analytical, and written/oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
