Holland & Hart's trademark group (Colorado's only “Gold Band” ranked practice by World Trademark Review) is seeking an associate with two to five years of trademark experience to join our trademark team in one of our office locations.Position Requirements:
Ideal candidates should have at least two to five years of experience with trademark searching, search review, global trademark strategy development, domestic and international trademark prosecution. Experience in copyright prosecution and enforcement, and developments with AI and the intersection with intellectual property is a plus. In addition, candidates should have experience in trademark enforcement, including online enforcement (e.g., notice and take-down requests, online marketplace monitoring), demand letters, TTAB proceedings, and UDRP proceedings. Candidates must also demonstrate superior writing and communication skills. Foreign language skills are not required but highly valued.

Compensation and Expectations
Holland & Hart's compensation is merit-based—you'll be evaluated on your individual performance and achievements and on your contributions to the team's efforts. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Holland & Hart is providing a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado): $207,500 - $230,000.
Our generous bonus program rewards financial contributions and hard work and associates are also eligible for fee splits.
Holland & Hart expects associates to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), in addition to at least 25 hours dedicated to Community, Diversity & Inclusion Investment hours.
