Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP is a national law firm focused on complex class action litigation.The Firm is seeking an attorney with at least three (3) years of experience, to join the Securities Practice Group in the Midtown Manhattan office. The attorney would be expected to litigate securities cases and must have experience working on all aspects of discovery, including conducting and defending depositions, and other pre-trial practice. Strong research and writing skills are required.
Base compensation ranges from $200,000 to $250,000, commensurate with experience. Bonuses are discretionary.
Must-have qualifications: JD from an ABA-accredited Law School. Admission to practice law in the state of New York preferred. An MBA Degree and complex litigation experience is a plus. Preferably, Securities litigation experience.
