What you'll do- Research criminal appellate law and post-conviction draft memos, motions, and briefs
- Review case documents and records
- Investigate and evaluate the legal and factual basics of claims
- Make occasional court apperances
What We Need:
- Licensed in Louisiana and in good standing
- Strong legal writing: clear, persuasive, and well organized
- Thorough, efficient research skills
- Criminal or appellate experience preferred
