The eDiscovery Review Attorney supports the firm's litigation teams by conducting first-level and second-level review of documents in connection with litigation, regulatory investigations, and internal investigations. This is an entry-level position designed for attorneys seeking to build foundational skills in eDiscovery, with opportunities to take on additional eDiscovery responsibilities over time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong analytical skills, and is eager to grow within a collaborative, technology-driven legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Over time, the eDiscovery Review Attorney will support broader eDiscovery tasks, including assisting with search term development and validation, coordinating with eDiscovery team members on workflow setup, and contributing to the preparation and verification of document productions.

Additionally, the role participates in team meetings, manages the review team, and assists with training new reviewers on project-specific protocols. The eDiscovery Review Attorney may also assist with organizing and summarizing reviewed materials for use by case teams in depositions, motions, or trial preparation.

Required Qualifications:
The candidate must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be a licensed attorney, active and in good standing, in any U.S. jurisdiction. The candidate must have at least one year of document review experience in a law firm, legal services company, or corporate legal department setting. Familiarity with Relativity or a comparable document review platform is required. The candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to maintain consistent coding accuracy across large document sets, and effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with technology-assisted review (TAR) or predictive coding workflows is preferred. Familiarity with the full electronic discovery lifecycle, including preservation, collection, processing, and production, is a plus.

Compensation:
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience and geographic location. The posted salary range reflects the entry-level nature of this role and the requirement for a licensed attorney with at least one year of document review experience.
