Description:
A Full-Service Business Law Firm is seeking a partner or senior associate-level attorney with experience working independently on sophisticated real estate transactional matters. Portable business or ongoing relationships with real estate clients is preferable, but not required. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the entire process of real estate development and finance, from structuring transactions to reviewing, drafting, and negotiating entity formation documents, joint venture agreements, purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, commercial leases, and financing documents. The candidate has demonstrated an ability to work on multiple matters and evidence a strong attention to detail, with excellent drafting and organizational skills. Finally, the candidate must have the ability to negotiate effectively and forcefully for our clients, while also being congenial with opposing counsel, colleagues and clients.
