Real Estate Litigation Associate, you will:
- Handle a diverse caseload of real estate litigation matters, including property disputes, landlord-tenant conflicts, and contract disputes.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Develop strategies, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court proceedings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, advocate for client interests and provide updates.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
- Research developments of real estate laws and trends to provide solutions to clients.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate Litigation.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Extensive experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery and depositions of experts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage caseload and meet deadlines effectively.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
