Denver Colorado (CO) Construction Attorneys has a full-time associate attorney position available now. We are looking for someone with 2-5 years of litigation experience. Construction defect experience is preferred. You will have the opportunity to be mentored by, and learn from, experienced partners and senior associates. Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside senior attorneys to litigate cases from start to finish.
  • Communicate with clients and their insurers.
  • Draft motions, conduct legal research, attend court appearances and settlement conferences, take depositions, and attend trial, as your experience level allows.

Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited law school with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and licensed to practice law in Colorado.
  • Prior experience working in a civil litigation law firm, 2 years minimum.
  • Experience in construction defect or general casualty law preferred.
  • Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw).
  • Able to work as part of a team, and independently when appropriate, while handling multiple files.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills are required.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
