An International Law Firm, a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a mid-level (3-6 year) Associate in the Real Estate Litigation Practice of our Los Angeles office. The Litigation Associate will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country and sometimes internationally.Job Requirements:
Candidates should have between three and six years of litigation experience, with an emphasis on real estate matters. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. The ideal candidate will have large law firm experience, including experience drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting research, managing traditional and electronic discovery, assisting with and/or taking and defending depositions, and appearing before state and federal courts. Some trial experience and Federal clerkship experience will be a plus. Candidates must be in good standing with the CA Bar.
