Haynes and Boone, LLP is seeking a Real Estate Finance mid-level Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join our Orange County office. Qualified applicants will have substantive experience in commercial real estate ("CRE") finance, including advising leading financial institutions and private equity lenders on complex real estate finance matters that include hotels and resorts, industrial and distribution centers, high-rise office buildings, biomedical research complexes, and nursing facilities. Candidates should have experience representing sophisticated lenders, including national and regional banks, insurance debt funds, and private equity lenders in real estate finance transactions, and strong experience drafting, negotiating, and documenting construction and term loan facilities. We are seeking applicants with strong academic credentials from a top law school, exceptional legal writing ability, and proven leadership and organizational skills. This ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and is eager to contribute to a dynamic practice. Additionally, the position provides the opportunity to consistently work one-on-one with partners while gaining direct client contact in a collegial environment. The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $260,000 - $390,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job related factors, consistent with applicable law.
