Snell & Wilmer seeks to hire an associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our Labor & Employment practice group in the firm's Orange County office. The ideal candidate will have case management experience in the labor and employment arena, including drafting motions and handling discovery and depositions in single plaintiff and class action/PAGA cases and agency matters, together with experience advising on matters arising under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), the California Labor Code, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), other state and federal employment laws. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills are required, as is an active license to practice law in California.This is a full-time, partnership-track position that is eligible to participate in the firm's benefit plans, including our 401K Profit Sharing and Savings Plan with discretionary employer contribution, and is eligible for consideration for annual discretionary bonuses. The annual compensation range for candidates placed in California is $220,000 – $270,000, depending on experience.
