Winstead PC is seeking a 3 - 5 year associate for a position with our Real Estate Development and Investments (https://www.winstead.com/Practices/Real-Estate-Development-Investments) group in Houston. This attorney will primarily work on matters associated with complex real estate transactions including the acquisition, disposition, financing, structuring and development of commercial real estate assets located throughout the United States. The position is a growth position with opportunities for advancement within the firm, and is within a collaborative and interactive practice in our Houston office. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:- Real Estate Transactions: Experience with the acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of commercial real estate.
- Strong academics: Candidates should have strong academic credentials.
- Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication.
