Description:
Winstead PC is seeking a 2-7 year associate for a position with our Real Estate Development and Investments group in Atlanta. This attorney will primarily work on matters associated with complex real estate transactions including financings, and the acquisition, disposition, structuring and development of mixed-use, as well as multifamily and industrial acquisitions. The position is a growth position with opportunities for advancement within the firm, and is within a collaborative and interactive practice in our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:- Real Estate Transactions: Experience with the acquisition, disposition, financing and development of commercial real estate. Experience in drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, experience drafting easements, as well as some Borrower side loan experience.
- Strong academics: Candidates should have strong academic credentials.
- Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication.
