Description:
Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is seeking a Senior Associate with 5+ years of law firm experience to work with its Commercial and Technology Transactions team within the Corporate practice group in our Atlanta office location. We are looking to add a team member with a collaborative approach and experience working on complex domestic and international transactions.We cultivate exceptional attorneys across all levels by providing them with the tools and experiences needed to build successful careers. The Associate will join an active practice that represents clients with a strong focus on global data privacy and protection, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies.
Commercial and Technology Transactions Associate Key Responsibilities:
- 5+ years transactional experience at a law firm primarily focused on complex commercial transactions and technology transactions, including software-as-a-service (SaaS) and other XaaS arrangements, IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing, technology licensing, cloud services agreements, systems integration and implementation agreements, data processing and data center agreements, managed services agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Experience providing counsel on the deployment and regulation of AI and Generative AI technologies.
- Experience managing multiple deals simultaneously. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on transactions and broader commercial matters.

The Associate position requires in-office presence three days per week. The salary is commensurate with years of relevant experience & geographic location.
