The Atlanta office of McGuireWoods seeks an Associate to join its Environmental and Mass Tort Department.

Job Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience with environmental regulations and regulators. Former state or federal agency experience is a plus.
  • Substantive experience handling matters arising under major federal environmental regulatory programs.
  • Degree(s) in environmental studies or related fields or a demonstrated interest in environmental law.
  • Willingness and desire to work with innovative technology platforms. Our attorneys leverage Harvey AI to accelerate research, streamline document drafting, and enhance analytical work, allowing associates to focus on higher-value strategic thinking and client engagement.
  • Georgia Bar is required.
