The Atlanta office of McGuireWoods seeks an Associate to join its Environmental and Mass Tort Department.

Job Requirements:

3-4 years of experience with environmental regulations and regulators. Former state or federal agency experience is a plus.
Substantive experience handling matters arising under major federal environmental regulatory programs.
Degree(s) in environmental studies or related fields or a demonstrated interest in environmental law.
Willingness and desire to work with innovative technology platforms. Our attorneys leverage Harvey AI to accelerate research, streamline document drafting, and enhance analytical work, allowing associates to focus on higher-value strategic thinking and client engagement.
Georgia Bar is required.
