About Oracle Legal GroupOracle Legal Group is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our team on an ad hoc basis. This position offers flexible remote work arrangements while providing critical legal support for our real estate transactions and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review real estate contracts, purchase agreements, leases, and other property-related documents
- Conduct title examinations and resolve title issues
- Provide legal counsel on zoning, land use, and property development matters
- Assist with commercial and residential real estate closings
- Research and analyze real estate laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions
- Advise clients on legal implications of real estate transactions
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Texas
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate law
- Strong knowledge of Texas property laws and regulations
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
