The ideal candidate will have experience with real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, land development, and leasing (financing experience a plus but not required), and meet the following basic requirements:
- Undergraduate and JD degrees from accredited academic institutions
- Current WSBA membership
- At least four years of experience in real estate transactions
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Self-motivated and able to move matters forward strategically and thoughtfully

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Ability to work with multiple partners and effectively manage responsibilities for different transactions
- Assist the Team with real estate transactions, such as acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, and matters relating to land development such as easements, licenses and similar agreements
- Strong experience with title review and related real estate due diligence, and real estate closings
- Ability to handle complex problems utilizing initiative, creativity, and sound professional judgment. Ability to maintain attention to detail and produce high-quality work
- Ability to work in a high-demand, fast-paced environment and meet short deadlines
- Professional interaction with others in-person, in virtual meetings and through email and phone, using critical thinking and listening skills
