Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Complex Real Estate Attorney to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate has extensive experience advising clients on complex commercial real estate transactions, financing, acquisitions, development projects, and related litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, financing documents, and joint venture agreements.
- Advise clients on development projects, land use, zoning, and title matters.
- Manage real estate litigation matters, including contract disputes, construction claims, and landlord-tenant issues.
- Provide strategic legal guidance on large-scale, multi-party transactions.
- Work closely with clients, partners, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in [State].
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in complex real estate law (transactional and/or litigation).
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-value matters simultaneously.
