Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Experience in commercial real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and financing preferred.
- Experience in regulatory and licensing, and land use law a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft lease agreements, purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, and other related legal documents.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful transaction outcomes.
- Provide advice and representation for regulatory, land use, and municipal hearings.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
Physical Requirements:
Sedentary work: Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
