Description:

Candidate should have 3 – 6 years (classes 2019 - 2022) of significant transactional experience in energy and infrastructure project development; experience with project finance and joint ventures is desired. Experience should include the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, supporting project financings and project acquisitions, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. Understanding of M&A processes and the ability to lead M&A due diligence exercises involving energy and infrastructure assets is also necessary. Experience with tax equity transactions would be helpful. The associate should work closely with partners and clients on sophisticated transactions, and would be expected to take a lead role in drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting due diligence, and advising on deal structuring.
