Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Attorney with 0–3 years of experience to join and support our pre-litigation and litigation teams. You'll gain hands-on experience, work directly with clients, and be mentored by experienced trial attorneys. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate or early-career attorney to gain hands-on experience while making a meaningful impact in the lives of injured individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with case management from intake through resolution.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
Participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations (with mentorship).
Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
Support litigation and trial preparation efforts as needed.

Job Requirements:

0-3 years Plaintiff's Personal Injury experience
J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to practice (or sitting to practice) in TX
Above-average knowledge of personal-injury law from beginning of case to resolution
Personal skills to discuss all aspects of cases to diverse client base
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Attributes of strong commitment and dedication
Understanding of anatomy and medical terminology pertinent to personal injury law
