Lalchandani Simon PL, a Miami-based boutique firm serving clients in the healthcare, technology, and business industries, is seeking a motivated junior associate attorney to join our growing litigation and business counseling practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney to gain substantive, hands-on experience working directly with parters and senior associates on sophisticated matters.

Responsibilities:

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents
Conduct legal research and analysis on healthcare and technology issues
Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel under attorney supervision
Support business counseling and transactional work as needed

Skills:

J.D. from an accredited law school; 1-2 years of litigation or general practice experience
Active member of The Florida Bar
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and time management
Genuine interest in healthcare and technology law a plus.
