Frenkel Lambert Weisman & Gordon, LLP has 2 positions available: we are seeking two Associate Attorneys for our mortgage default foreclosure practice. Chosen candidates will be expected to handle court appearances and motion practice.

Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience in creditors rights.

Must be admitted to practice law in the State of FL

Our Florida office is located at One East Broward Blvd., Fort Lauderdale . This is a hybrid position with an exciting opportunity for a dedicated legal professional to contribute their knowledge and skills to our law firm.

Practice is concentrated in foreclosure, eviction and litigation;
Handling of foreclosure and/or eviction files including file review, legal research, drafting pleadings and representing clients in court re: settlement conferences, motions, status hearings, etc.
