Summary:Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Personal Injury Pre-Suit Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice, must be able to sit in our Raleigh, NC office. The Pre-Suit Litigation Attorney will handle motor vehicle accident cases in pre-litigation. NC Bar required.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work
- Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval
- Guide clients through the case process
- Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
- Complete TD approval for liability issues
- Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
- Manage the release approval process
- Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
- Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily premises.
- Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
- EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements
Requirements:
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- An active member in good standing with the NCState Bar Association
- 2+ years of personal injury experience
- Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
