- Ideal candidates should have 2-5 years of significant experience with structuring, drafting and negotiating complex contracts for domestic and international procurement and sale of mission-critical products and services, including any of the following: inbound and outbound software and technology licensing, business process outsourcing, supply chain management, professional and consulting services, distribution and reseller arrangements, inventory and accounts receivable financing, marketing and promotion agreements, warehousing, contract manufacturing, and joint venture and joint development arrangements.
- Experience with general corporate and business transactional matters, including M&A, corporate transactions, entity formation and capitalization is not necessary but will be highly valued.
- Exhibit eagerness to learn new technologies and laws affecting our clients' diverse, tech-based industries, including generative AI and evolving data privacy regulations.
- Be meticulous with details and be able to work effectively as part of a team while assuming and executing individual responsibility for client matters.
- Possess a drive for excellence and willingness to take initiative to solve problems.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
- Must be currently licensed in North Carolina or licensed in another state with a UBE score that qualifies in North Carolina for comity, or otherwise be eligible to waive in.
