This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney to gain hands-on experience advising innovative clients across a broad range of intellectual property and commercial matters.Key responsibilities include providing day-to-day IP counseling on trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and related non-patent assets; assisting with acquisition, protection, and portfolio management of non-patent IP rights; supporting licensing commercialization, and strategic technology transactions; conducting product design and development risk assessments; and collaborating with litigation teams as a subject matter resource in IP and technology-related disputes.
Candidates should have a J.D. from an accredited law school, 1-3 years and strong academic credentials and legal writing skills. One to three years of relevant IP experience and USPTO bar membership is preferred, and experience with technology transactions or IP portfolio management is a plus.
