Seeking an attorney with experience in personal injury litigation for a boutique trial law firm in Tampa. We specialize in handling cases in active litigation and in taking cases to trial, so this position will involve frequent appearances in court. The fast-paced nature of this position requires an in-office setting where the successful candidate will lead a team of exceptionally qualified staff members from the inception of each case to resolution.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Arguing motions on pleadings and discovery
- Taking fact and expert witness depositions
- Defending depositions
- Conducting mediations and arbitrations
Qualifications:
- Personal Injury litigation experience
- Excellent and persuasive verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A strong grasp on technology in litigation
