We are currently seeking a motivated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of plaintiff litigation experience. Candidates with specific exposure to the areas of personal injury and property damage litigation are preferred.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in Personal Injury law, research skills, significant experience with written and electronic discovery, experience taking depositions as well as experience with trial preparation and participation. A commitment to exceptional client service and an interest and willingness to participate in business development efforts are necessary.

Responsibilities:
Includes handling litigation caseload from inception through trial or resolution. Attorney will complete extensive case-related research into relevant laws and regulations, negotiate on behalf of clients, draft and interpret contracts and legal documents. Attend court hearings and trials, prepare pleadings and letters, handle discovery requests and take depositions. Draft motions, responses and other filings in state and federal court cases. Appear in court, take and defend depositions, interact with clients. Handle discovery matters, including discovery requests, responses and motions. Investigate facts.

Qualifications:
License to practice law in the State of Florida in accordance with the Florida Bar Association. 2+ years handling personal injury litigation matters. Excellent written and verbal communication. Great attorney work ethic.
