Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a substantial caseload of complex litigation matters in the realm of construction and construction defect litigation
- Work in collaboration with the rest of your team to strategize and execute effective litigation plans
- Deliver impeccable client service through consistent communication, counsel, and legal advice
- Participate in pre-trials, trials, and hearings, representing clients skillfully and effectively
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 2+ years of experience in complex litigation, with a preference for candidates well-versed in construction or construction defect litigation
- Active license to practice law in the State of Florida
- Proficiency in ATO or equivalent case management software
- Experience with billable hours, demonstrating exceptional time management skills
