Description:
We are seeking a North Carolina licensed attorney with more than one (1) year of experience to assist with personal injury litigation cases. This person should be able to speak to clients professionally, review case facts, investigate case allegations and generally vet each potential matter.Moreover, this person should be able to conduct professional consultations with clients as well as manage the cases through the various phases, including but not limited to litigation.
Role in Firm:
- This position will use the job title “Attorney and Counselor at Law” for correspondence.
- The position is full-time.
- The position reports to the Managing Partner.
Compensation:
Compensation should be expected to increase with experience and performance.
Education and Licensure:
- Juris Doctorate
- Licensed in good standing - North Carolina
